With over three decades of food service management experience ranging from family-owned businesses to national corporations, I am excited as we grow into our multiple concepts of Tippecanoe Place Restaurant / Studebaker Brewing Co / Tippecanoe Place Events
Prior to moving to the Midwest, I was the opening general manager of St Clair Winery & Bistro in Albuquerque, New Mexico and expanded the concept with two additional locations within the state.
In 2013, my wife and I relocated from Albuquerque, New Mexico to raise our children near family here in Indiana. Joining Tippecanoe Place Restaurant in February of 2014 as General Manager. In 2018, we opened Studebaker Brewing Co., expanding from fine dining to add a micro-brewery.
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed getting to know my guests, developing a camaraderie with my service teams, and drawing on my experiences to create unique events. I look forward to working with Chef Mark and Leigha Vinson, our Event Coordinator in our multi-concept facility located in the historic Studebaker Mansion / Tippecanoe Place. We look forward to welcoming you into our “home” and with our team making all your dining experiences and private events a historic experience.
