I started in the food service industry at a young age in Chicago Heights, Illinois at the Tivoli Restaurant.  Working as a busboy and then in the kitchen.  By the end of high school I was in love with cooking.  After culinary school I relocated to South Bend, Indiana and have remained here since.  The Captain Alexander Wharf Restaurant was my starting point locally then moved on to Jeremiah Sweenys.  I spent over a decade at South Bend Country Club, another decade at Center Plate heading Century Center, Palais Royale and Notre Dame Concessions & Catering.  While at Center Plate, I also assisted with events like Super Bowls and high profile events all over the world.  I love food and creating new dishes using fresh, local ingredients!  I look forward to helping you create a special menu for your special event.
